Most merchandise is produced and fulfilled through print-on-demand or production partners. Product availability, blank garment availability, shipping estimates, and fulfillment timing may change without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Matter & Motion Music does not store full credit card details on this website.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment authorization, inventory, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, fulfillment limitations, or shipping availability.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are produced and shipped through our fulfillment partners. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on production time, carrier delays, order volume, holidays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
At launch, shipping may be limited to the United States. If your location is not available at checkout, we are not currently shipping to that region.
Matter & Motion Music is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Items
Because many products are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited. Please review product details, sizing, color, and quantity carefully before placing your order.
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or resolution.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
