At launch, Matter & Motion Music ships within the United States only.
If your location is not available at checkout, we are not currently shipping to that region.
Shipping Rate
We currently offer flat-rate U.S. shipping:

Shipping rates may change in the future based on carrier rates, fulfillment costs, product type, order size, or available shipping services.
Production and Fulfillment Time
Most merchandise is made to order. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Orders may require additional time for printing, embroidery, packing, and fulfillment before they are handed off to the shipping carrier.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on product type, fulfillment location, carrier service, order volume, holidays, weather, and other factors outside of our control.
Delivery dates shown at checkout or through tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when available.
Please make sure your email address and shipping address are entered correctly before completing your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Matter & Motion Music is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.
If an order is returned because of an address issue, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with the carrier, neighbors, building management, mailroom, or local delivery location first.
Matter & Motion Music is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Orders containing multiple items may ship together or separately depending on product type, fulfillment location, and production timing.
