Matter & Motion Music merchandise is produced and fulfilled through print-on-demand and fulfillment partners. Because many items are made to order, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change of mind.
Please review all product details, sizing, color options, and order information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable
If the issue is approved, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.
Returns and Exchanges
Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size ordered
- Wrong color ordered
- Incorrect quantity ordered
- Change of mind
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
Size and Color Selection
Please check product descriptions, size information, and color options before purchasing. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, display settings, or mockup lighting.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to fulfillment volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with the carrier, neighbors, building management, mailroom, or local delivery location.
Matter & Motion Music is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
